Workshops – Courses
Water Crossings Workshop “Mining Exploration Activities Around Water” will be presented Thursday, April 5th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It will be held in the Viking Room at the Valhalla Inn, it is limited to the first 50 registered. Register using the Delegate Registration form. Fee $15.00
APGO Short Course: NI 43-101: The new version and what you need to know will be held Monday, April 2 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. It will be held in the Viking Room at the Valhalla Inn. Deadline to register is March 27, 2012. Speaker: Craig Waldie, P.Geo., Senior Geologist, Ontario Securities Commission Cost: APGO members – $50.00 + applicable tax; Non-members – $75.00 + applicable tax. Registration: APGO Short Course Registration Please note that space is limited. Deadline to Register: March 27, 2012. Description: This three hour short course will provide participants with an overview of the new version of NI 43-101, drawing attention to aspects of the revisions that will be of particular importance to reporting qualified persons. Following the short course, participants are invited to join the President, Vice President and Northern Region Councillors of APGO at a reception from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please RSVP by March 27, 2012 if you will be attending the reception. Attendance for the reception is complimentary.
