Ontario Proposes New Approach to Conversion of Legacy Claims
The Ontario Ministry of Northern Development & Mines (MNDM) is proposing to move from a voluntary, client-driven approach to the conversion of legacy claims to a Ministry-driven process for the purpose of implementing an online map staking system in the province. The proposal can be accessed on Ontario's Environmental and Regulatory Registries: www.ebr.gov.on.ca or www.ontariocanada.com/registry.
